Player 2: Passes: His fear of the King and Ace is come true. He’s waiting to see how the opponents play.
Player 3: Plays Re 1. Although he has a good low poker hand he realizes he needs a 6. He has a feeling he’ll get it.
Player 4: Quits. He doesn’t have a chance at the low. He doesn’t have a chance at a two pair and he Ace scares him. If he had a chance to check he would’ve bet.
Player 5: Increases one rupee. His position at the end could be profitable to him, plus he has a chance to build a good low hand, he increases the wager.
Player 1: Matches the wager.
Player 2: Quits.
Player 3: Matches the wager.
The TURN: A♠, 3♥, K♠, 6♣
Player 1: Passes. Because he needs a 5 to build the low he’s unhappy with the 6. If he has another heart he could build a flush although he knows the Jack isn’t strong.
Player 3: Bets 2 Rupees. He now has the perfect low.
Player 5: Increases the wager by 2 rupees. He has a chance with his four hearts and he has a perfect low hand too.
Player 1: Quits: He realizes the opponents have the low from watching the way they are playing.
Player 3: Sees the raise and increases the wager.
Player 5: Sees the raise.
THE FIFTH STREET: A♠, 3♥, K♠, 6♣, 9♥
Player 3: Bests 2 rupees. He’s confident of a win.
Player 5: Sees the bet. His low hand is good added to that his poker flush. Nevertheless he is concerned the opponent has a high heart in the hole.
Declaration of hi or low:
Player 3: Declares low.
Player 5: Declares low. He doesn’t think it will get him anywhere.
Both players lay a wager of rupees 2.
Winner: Both players share the kitty because they each have the best low.
