1. When should you not attempt to steal the antes ?
Ans : When there are two or more low cards behind you.
2. When is it easiest to steal ?
Ans : When you have an ace up.
3. What is another good starting hand to steal with ?
Ans : A high card when there are one or two cards ranking nine or higher that still remain to act.
4. Example ?
Ans : You have a jack up, and there are a queen and a nine behind you. The player with the queen up usually will go out unless he has a pair of queens. The player with the nine up almost always will fold. Even if he has two nines.
5. What if you are going to try to steal into low cards ?
Ans : You need an ace up or a medium low card, such as a six.
